The Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia hosted a delegation from the Agency for Innovation, Scientific and Technological Development and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of North Macedonia (INOVA). During the meeting held at the Science Fund’s premises, INOVA Director Daniela Dimovska and the Science Fund’s Advisor to the Director for International Cooperation, Aleksandar Simurdić, presented the current activities, initiatives, and results of both institutions in the field of science and innovation support.
Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in Skopje, this meeting provided an opportunity to further operationalise cooperation between the two institutions. Discussions focused on establishing regular communication, launching joint initiatives for the preparation of new projects—particularly within the Horizon Europe programme and other European Commission programmes—as well as strengthening networking between researchers from Serbia and North Macedonia for joint project development.
