The Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia and the Harbin Institute of Technology of the People’s Republic of China have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on academic and scientific cooperation. The Memorandum establishes a framework for long-term collaboration in the areas of student and researcher mobility, joint research activities, and the exchange of best practices in research management.

The Memorandum was signed by Acting Director of the Science Fund, Prof. Dr. Daria Kisić, and Vice President of the Harbin Institute of Technology, Dr. Sun Xue.

Special emphasis is placed on short-term study visits, postdoctoral programmes, and joint training for students and early-career academics. This agreement further strengthens international cooperation between the two countries in the field of science and research.
