Acting Director of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Daria Kisić, participated in the 32nd “Trends in Development” conference titled “Transformation of Higher Education in the Contemporary Technological Context: Quality, Sustainability, and Institutional Development”, organised by the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and held from 4 to 6 March 2026 in Vrnjačka Banja.

Prof. Dr. Daria Kisić emphasized the importance of organising such conferences, where expert discussions and exchange of experiences address key topics relevant to the further development of science in the Republic of Serbia.

Over the two-day event, discussions focus on improving the quality of education, accreditation processes, institutional development, and the integration of science, teaching, and industry. Special attention is dedicated to the digital transformation of teaching and learning, the application of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in educational and research processes, enhancement of teaching quality, accreditation procedures, institutional development and governance, as well as strengthening cooperation with industry and international partners to promote knowledge transfer and innovation.
