The Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia today organised an interactive exhibition titled “LAB2MARKET – Partnership Between Science and Industry” at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad, showcasing projects that have successfully translated research into concrete and applicable solutions—from laboratory to market.

Both the scientific community and the wider public had the opportunity to learn about nine projects supported through various Science Fund programmes, which have developed practical solutions across different scientific fields. Researchers have created new food products, sustainable agricultural solutions, biotechnology contributing to environmental protection, and applications that improve human health and quality of life. The presented projects serve as a strong example of how science and industry can act as partners in creating solutions with long-term impact on economic development, industry, and society as a whole.

On this occasion, representatives of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia highlighted that, as of today, 13 May, the Public Call for the new programme “Science for Industry – Application of Artificial Intelligence in Industry through Scientific Partnerships – ‘From Lab to Market’” has been opened. The programme aims to support the development of solutions with clear market and industrial application through products, services, and innovative technologies.

The interactive exhibition “LAB2MARKET – Partnership Between Science and Industry” will also be held in Belgrade, Čačak, and Niš.
